An AI and decision-intelligence company that builds.
EGM works with governments, public institutions, PSUs and enterprises — building intelligence platforms, operationalising AI inside institutions, transforming citizen-facing process, and creating original public-impact initiatives.
Who we are
EGM began as a research and analytics firm. The work has since moved considerably further upstream: we now build the technology platforms institutions run on, rebuild the processes underneath them, and originate public-impact initiatives that did not previously exist.
That change is worth stating plainly, because it changes what we are useful for. A consulting engagement ends with a recommendation and a handover deck. Ours end with a system in production, a process that behaves differently, or a platform with its own name and its own constituency.
We work mostly where the stakes are institutional rather than commercial — where a decision affects a district, a service, or a public that did not choose to be affected by it.
How the work moved
01
Research and analytics
Where EGM began — measuring and reporting what was happening.
02
Intelligence platforms
INTELLisense: continuous collection resolved into decisions.
03
AI inside institutions
Sovereign systems built around an institution's own data and rules.
04
Process transformation
Citizen-facing services rebuilt, not merely observed.
05
Original IPs
Platforms conceived from a blank page and scaled.

How we work
Build, then hand over
An engagement that leaves the institution dependent on us has failed. We build systems the client's own team can run, audit and extend.
Constraints first
Where the data may live, who may see an answer, and what must be auditable are not deployment details. They are the design brief.
One decision at a time
We would rather change one recurring decision materially than produce a dashboard that observes forty of them.
Claims we can stand behind
We describe what we have actually built and what actually changed. The category has enough overstatement in it already.
